Naptime for @duckthecat #catsofinstagram
For the uninitiated: Duck the Cat is basically a beautiful furball with a pretty face. A pretty face that always looks slightly pissed.
TUMBLR WAS AN ANSWER ON JEOPARDY
What, Jeopardy can’t afford an em dash?
At first this season, I was like “Mad Men, you’re LOSTing it…” and then I was like “okay, maybe not…”
Now I’m like “man you don’t know anything - you almost missed out on television like this.”
Oh ye of little faith.
But really I’ve never noticed a decline this season. Having grown increasingly tired of zombies, vampires, werewolves and the rest of the supernatural roster, I keep coming back here. It’s this show’s deliberate pace and subtlety that make it so reliably engaging. I come back to it to see new ripples in the pond, not waves.
More from the land of terrible and unfortunate headline/advertisement juxtaposition.
“I’ve decided what to do with my life. I wanna be a cleaner.” – Léon: The Professional (1994)
Early release of one of the new paintings for my cinema-inspired solo show, which opens June 7th at Bottleneck Gallery! WIPs, process shots, and additional info available at my blog.
“I’ve decided what to do with my life. I wanna be a cleaner.” I have a whole list of stills from films I’d like to paint. This wasn’t one of theme, but there’s another scene from this one that is.
And oldie but goodie.
